Rhinox has officially opened its most advanced stainless steel pipe facility in Karnal, Haryana – a space built not just for manufacturing, but for redefining what reliability means in piping solutions. Spread across 11 acres with nearly 300,000 square feet of world-class infrastructure, the new plant blends cutting-edge technology with a simple promise: pipes that customers can count on for decades.
At full capacity, the facility will produce 400 tons of SS304 and SS316L pipes each month across four modern production units, including a fully optimized tube milling plant. Every pipe is made with precision, adhering to international standards like DIN, ASTM, and NB – because Rhinox knows customers aren’t just buying steel, they’re buying trust.
The plant relies heavily on advanced automation. Autogenous Longitudinal Tungsten Gas welding and online bright annealing create pipes that are both strong and hygienic, while Rhinox’s in-house testing lab ensures nothing leaves the floor without passing rigorous destructive and non-destructive checks.
To make sure the promise of quality starts right at the source, Rhinox partners with stainless steel leaders like Jindal Stainless Steel (JSL), Outokumpu, and POSCO India. The result? Pipes built for industries where failure isn’t an option – from safe drinking water and gas distribution to pharmaceuticals, compressed air, industrial fluids, and food-grade systems.
