Dubai’s Real Estate Market Gets Its First After-Sale Property App With Let’s Prosper

A fixed mortgage rate that ends unnoticed, rent that slips below the market and a return no one is measuring are problems that start the day a deal closes, and for many property owners they surface only after returns have already taken the hit.

Let’s Prosper by Range, Dubai’s first after-sale property lifecycle management app, was built to bring all three into one place.

The UAE has no shortage of apps for finding and buying property. What owners, tenants and investors have lacked is a way to track performance, manage relationships and act on opportunities once the deal is done. That is the stage Let’s Prosper was built for.

“Most apps exist to help people find property,” says Nitin Chopra, CEO of Let’s Prosper. “We exist to help people manage what they have found. Knowing when your mortgage rate will change, whether your rental income reflects the market, and where your investment stands in real time; that is where owners consistently lose money and time, and that is where Let’s Prosper operates.”

Co-founders Brendon Baker and Lester Verma each bring years of hands-on experience in UAE banking, mortgages and property. That experience showed them what happens to owners once a deal is signed.

“Investors would close a deal and essentially disappear into a void,” says Brendon. “No reliable data on their asset’s performance, no proactive alerts when something changed, no single view of everything happening across their portfolio. We built Let’s Prosper to end that.”

Lester sees the value in simple terms. “You should not need to live in Dubai to stay in control of your Dubai investment. Whether you own one unit or a portfolio of ten managed from another country entirely, Let’s Prosper gives you the same level of visibility and clarity.”

Financing is the first place Let’s Prosper steps in for owners. Plenty of Dubai homeowners cannot say when their fixed-rate period finishes, which rate comes next, or whether switching lenders through a buyout is possible.

The app refreshes the remaining fixed period, the next rate and the estimated installment daily against the live benchmark rate, and a Relationship Manager makes contact while a refinancing or buyout is still worthwhile. Buyers without financing are introduced to My Mortgage, the app’s UAE mortgage advisory partner, which supports them from application until the property is registered.

For landlords and owners, Let’s Prosper offers:

  • Relationship Manager: a dedicated manager stays on after the purchase, watches the assigned properties, follows contract expiry dates, collects documents and handles Ejari renewals.
  • Property Specialist: advisers from Range International Property Investments help owners decide whether to sell, hold or restructure, using live market data.
  • Live ROI: once a title deed is uploaded, returns update continuously for every property.
  • Rental benchmarks: rents drawn from the specific building and the area around it.
  • Comparable transactions: the five most recent similar deals nearby.
  • Five-year projection: expected performance over the next five years.
  • Lease alerts: reminders start 110 days before a lease expires, so renewals never come as a surprise.
  • Document vault: title deeds, Ejari certificates and tenancy contracts in one secure place.

Tenants get a different set of tools. Uploading an Ejari shows how the current rent compares with the market, and renewal prompts arrive 110 days before a lease expires, with draft contracts prepared and the landlord coordinated on the tenant’s behalf. All tenancy documents stay in one encrypted vault, and for tenants with homeownership in mind, Let’s Prosper maps a financially grounded route from renting to buying.

Investors get tools built for decisions before a purchase. Let’s Prosper gives them exclusive partnerships with developers and verified listings that are free of duplicates, while Property Specialists provide acquisition guidance with direct access to live market data.

Let’s Prosper is a free app with no subscription, available on the App Store and Google Play, and at letsprosper.ae.
